People Who Help Keep Me Healthy.....Perfect "Song Of The Week" From Cantata Learning As We Start School!

As we start school and celebrate our communities, Cantata Learning has the perfect song for us!
Doctors and dentists, nurses, hygienists, help me be healthy!
As we open up People Who Keep Me Healthy, our little learners will focus on the people in our community that keep us healthy.

I can't think of a better song to sing and read as we learn all about these people in our communities.

You can listen and even download the song here from the Cantata Learning website.
Or sing along with the lyrics,
sheet music and by scanning the QR codes in the book to take you to the music too.

In the back of the book, you will also find a Glossary, To Learn More section and Guided Reading Activities, which are wonderful extensions and jumping off points for even more learning from the story and song.
As with all of the Songs of the Week from Cantata Learning, we have created a wonderful lesson plan to go along with this story and song.

You can find it on the Cantata blog here.
It can do viewed and even downloaded from that link.
Not only is the main lesson plan awesome, the Technology, Language, and Music & Art Extensions will bring so much to your libraries and classrooms with this story and song.
This book fits perfect with the next Harmony Project, Give A Shout Out To Your Community starting on September 19!

You can read all about the project here.

We can't wait for you to share all of the special things about your communities, including the special people that help in your community too.
People Who Help Keep Me Healthy can be found here and is part of the...
...series, People Who Help which includes three other stories and songs.

You can find all four of these books on the Capstone website here.  They are available in print and eBook format.
Here are a few other resources to use with this book
